Evee set out to simplify hiring through artificial intelligence — but the space was already dominated by giants like LinkedIn and Indeed.
Our challenge was to help a small, ambitious startup find a distinct voice and entry point worth taking.



Research showed us something the giants missed. In startups, hiring is chaos — recruiters juggle five jobs, department heads run interviews, roles need to be filled yesterday.
AI tools existed but none addressed this specific reality.



Turns out hiring wasn’t broken — people were simply overworked. Recruiters didn't need smarter tools, they needed fewer things demanding their attention. That reframe changed everything.



We distilled the entire insight into a simple message. It spoke directly to what recruiters actually feel instead of what they're supposed to want.
