Becoming visible where loyalty already existed

NARRO was entering Warsaw, a city full of strong restaurants and loyal customer favorites.

Our challenge was simple: help a new restaurant become visible where people already knew where they loved to eat.

We mapped the real competition

Warsaw was dominated by strong destinations concentrated in the city center.

So instead of competing citywide, we focused on NARRO’s own neighborhood

"We travel across Warsaw just to eat somewhere we love."

After speaking with the neighborhood, we realized people weren’t missing restaurants.

They were missing an everyday place close to home.

A message designed to shift attention from distant destinations to a place just around the corner.

Execution

We placed directional banners across the neighborhood, on bus stops and everyday routes people already passed through.

Each banner showed one simple thing
NARRO was closer than they thought.
