Our research showed us something different. People rarely talked about emergencies themselves — they talked about how they felt before anything happened.
They wanted to know that someone would be there if they ever needed help.

That’s when we realized SafeMe wasn’t really about emergencies.
Users described the experience as something much more familiar — more like insurance. You hope you’ll never need it, but knowing it’s there changes the way you feel.

That insight became the foundation of the messaging strategy. Instead of amplifying fear, we focused on reassurance. Instead of showing danger, we showed support.
The message wasn't about what could happen. It was about never having to face it alone.
